We cannot answer questions in-store via phone.
The items we have for sale on our online store are a mere snippet of a taster of the overall amount of stock that we carry in our four "bricks and mortar" stores.
If you like what you see here we strongly recommend that you pop in to your closest SHAG store to check out the amazing array of vintage and new treasures we stock for your wearing pleasure. Check our Facebook page and our arrivals pages on our site regularly to keep up with all the fabulous new arrivals and if you 'like us' on Facebook you will get automatic notifications.
Our site has a museum section of highly collectible vintage pieces and an ever evolving blog of interesting fashion and art in written and image form…..a great way to keep up with whats happening at SHAG……but nothing quite as amazing as being there in person…..so call in, we would love to see you!!
All items will be sent by Registered Australia Post within 24 hours of your payment to us. (except on weekends and Public holidays)
A flat rate of AU$8.00 will be added to your order to cover all postage and handling and packaging.
At this time we only ship within Australia.
Most of our vintage items are second hand and may show signs of wear and age.Some are "deadstock" items that are often decades old but have never been worn or used. We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions outlining any existing damage or flaws and measurements for sizing.
If you are unsure please contact us online before purchasing and we will be happy to assist.
We DO NOT offer exchange on VINTAGE items.
For NEW items we can offer an exchange within 14 days of receipt….
Or we can offer a credit note that can be used at one of our four stores, but NOT our online store.
All returns should be sent by registered Australia Post to:

Returns must be packaged in a similar manner to the way we have packaged them to you to avoid any damage in transit, and must be unworn with all tags intact, accompanied by our tax invoice.
We will not be responsible for the cost of returning your item, so please choose carefully.
…will only be offered if the item is deemed faulty or misrepresented in our description. (We do our absolute best to describe our items as accurately as possible so once again we would prefer you to contact us prior to purchasing if there is any doubt at all in your mind).
We most definitely DO NOT refund for a "change of mind", or if the item does not fit properly.
We use Registered Australia Post.
In the very unlikely event that your order is lost or stolen in transit we cannot be held responsible.
